This shipment features a large industrial centrifugal fan unit manufactured by BOFENG. After final assembly and pre-dispatch inspection, the equipment was securely loaded and shipped by flatbed truck to the customer’s site for ventilation/exhaust system installation.
To ensure safe long-distance transportation and smooth on-site handover, we completed key checks before dispatch, including appearance inspection, coating protection, fastener re-check, and rotating clearance verification. Vulnerable areas and contact points were protected with cushioning materials, and the unit was fixed using multi-point lashing and positioning blocks to minimize movement during transit.
After dispatch, logistics updates are provided to help the customer coordinate unloading and installation scheduling. If required, BOFENG can also support the site team with installation guidance and pre-commissioning checks to ensure the fan is ready for reliable operation.
