Hot air circulation fans are designed to move high-temperature air—up to 450 °C—within industrial ovens, drying kilns, and heat-treating furnaces. By continuously recirculating the process air, they eliminate cold spots and improve product quality.
Constructed with high-nickel alloys and insulated housings, these fans deliver 5,000–50,000 CFM at pressures to 4 kPa. Impellers are dynamically balanced to minimize vibration at elevated temperatures. Motors are either remote-mounted or water-cooled to protect windings.
Advanced controls integrate temperature sensors and PLC logic to modulate fan speed for consistent air flow and uniform heat distribution. Split bearings and accessible impeller assemblies simplify upkeep. Hot air circulation fans enhance energy efficiency by reducing fresh-air makeup and stabilizing thermal profiles in continuous and batch processes.
