FBCDZ Series Explosion-Proof Counter-Rotating Axial Exhaust Fan adalah kipas aliran aksial kontra-rotasi dua tahap efisiensi tinggi untuk ventilasi tambang batu bara permukaan, menawarkan tekanan tinggi, aliran udara besar, kebisingan rendah, dan penghematan energi. Desain modular dan kompak memastikan instalasi dan pemeliharaan yang mudah di bawah kondisi resistensi yang bervariasi. Dilengkapi dengan motor tahan ledakan yang memenuhi standar keselamatan tambang batu bara dan memiliki kemampuan aliran balik paksa untuk ventilasi darurat, sangat ideal untuk sistem pembuangan utama di pintu masuk tambang.
I. Ikhtisar Produk
Seri kipas aliran aksial kontra-rotasi tipe ekshaust tahan ledakan FBCDZ merupakan peralatan ventilasi utama yang efisien dan hemat energi untuk area permukaan tambang batubara, menggabungkan desain aerodinamika dan struktur yang maju. Impeler kontra-rotasi memberikan tekanan dan debit udara lebih tinggi dengan kebisingan lebih rendah serta rentang efisiensi operasi yang lebar, memenuhi beragam kebutuhan ventilasi tambang.
Saluran utama dapat dilengkapi cincin penstabil aliran untuk menghilangkan punggung pada kurva kinerja dan memastikan operasi stabil tanpa surge pada berbagai kondisi tahanan. Empat rasio hub (0,40; 0,45; 0,54; 0,62) dan pilihan motor 4 hingga 12 kutub menghasilkan lebih dari 200 varian model, membentuk seri kinerja tinggi yang lengkap untuk sistem ventilasi tambang batubara maupun non-batubara.

FBCDZ №16 / 2×110 berarti: seri FBCDZ, diameter impeler 1,6 m, dua impeler kontra-rotasi, masing-masing digerakkan motor 110 kW (total 220 kW).
III. Ruang Lingkup Aplikasi
Cocok untuk ventilasi utama ekshaust pada permukaan tambang batubara, serta banyak digunakan pada industri metalurgi, kimia, bahan bangunan, dan nuklir untuk ventilasi bawah tanah maupun permukaan.
Sangat sesuai sebagai kipas utama atau bantu dalam jaringan ventilasi multi-tahap atau multi-kipas.
Catatan: Udara yang diangkut harus bebas metana atau gas mudah meledak lainnya.

Ketinggian: ≤ 1000 m
Suhu lingkungan: –20 °C hingga +40 °C
Kelembapan relatif: ≤ 95% (pada 25 °C)
Media kerja: Udara bersih, bebas metana/gas eksplosif
Pemasangan: Utama horizontal di permukaan, dapat pula untuk bawah tanah
V. Fitur Produk
Impeler kontra-rotasi berefisiensi tinggi: dua impeler tanpa sudu pemandu, peningkatan efisiensi hingga 40–70%, tekanan maksimum naik hingga 192%.
Penghematan energi yang unggul: sudu teroptimasi aerodinamis, efisiensi statis ≥ 86%.
Operasi stabil: cincin penstabil aliran opsional menghilangkan punggung kurva, bebas surge.
Struktur kopel langsung: rugi transmisi rendah, kompak, stabil, perawatan mudah.
Keamanan tahan ledakan tinggi: ketahanan terhadap ledakan dan benturan, pelapisan tembaga untuk perlindungan percikan, motor tahan ledakan dan perangkat keselamatan.
Ventilasi balik kuat: aliran balik paksa dengan rasio ≥ 40%, tanpa perlu duktus balik tambahan.
Sudut sudu dapat diatur: memudahkan penyesuaian titik operasi sesuai kebutuhan sistem.
Struktur berisik rendah: difuser dan peredam yang efektif menurunkan kebisingan keluaran.
Pekerjaan sipil minimal: jejak tapak kecil, biaya konstruksi lebih rendah.
