20th North American Mine Ventilation Symposium 2025

The 20th North American Mine Ventilation Symposium will be held from June 21 to 26, 2025, at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Southpointe. Jointly organized by the Department of Energy and Mineral Engineering at Penn State University and the SME Underground Ventilation Committee (UVC), the event brings together industry experts, operators, and regulators to share the latest ventilation technologies and research, discuss health, safety, and regulatory trends, and participate in specialized workshops and mine site tours, supporting the safe and efficient development of global mine ventilation engineering.
