The exhaust-system fan is engineered to remove contaminated air—such as smoke, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and process byproducts—from industrial, commercial, and laboratory environments. It maintains negative pressure zones to prevent pollutant migration.

Available in axial or centrifugal configurations, the fan housing is constructed from stainless steel or coated carbon steel to resist chemical corrosion and thermal stress. High-temperature motor options, up to 300 °C, enable safe operation in paint booths, welding shops, and foundries.

Variable frequency drives (VFDs) synchronize fan speed with real-time sensor feedback—such as gas detectors, temperature probes, or particulate counters—to provide on-demand exhaust and maximize energy efficiency. Integrated dampers and backdraft shutters prevent reverse airflow during shutdown.

Designed for easy maintenance, the exhaust-system fan includes quick-release panels and external lubrication points. It supports ductwork up to 3 m in diameter and flow rates exceeding 50,000 CFM, making it suitable for commercial kitchens, chemical plants, and large-scale manufacturing facilities.
