Multi-stage fans incorporate two or more impellers mounted in series on a single shaft, boosting pressure incrementally with each stage. They excel where high static pressure—up to 10 kPa—is required.

These fans deliver 1,000–50,000 CFM, depending on impeller count and design. Backward-curved or radial blades are dynamically balanced to minimize vibration.

Premium IE4 motors and optional VFDs enable stepless pressure control, matching fan speed to system resistance and process demands for energy efficiency.

Split-casing construction, external lubrication points, and diagnostic sensors facilitate maintenance. Multi-stage fans are widely used in filter circuits, long duct runs, and deep mine ventilation.
