FKCDZ series

The FKCDZ series represents a line of high-pressure centrifugal fans engineered specifically for the challenging demands of mining, tunneling, and underground construction. Utilizing a dual-impeller configuration, these fans generate static pressures up to 4 kPa while delivering large volumes of airflow.

Constructed from Q345 steel with epoxy-coated surfaces, the FKCDZ fans resist corrosion and abrasion from dust-laden air. The balanced impellers incorporate carbide-facing to withstand particle impact, while sealed-for-life bearings and hardened shafts ensure reliable continuous operation.

FKCDZ units are available with Ex d explosion-proof motors compliant with ATEX and IECEx standards for use in methane-rich or combustible dust environments. Integrated VFDs allow precise speed control, enabling adaptive ventilation strategies that reduce energy use by up to 18% when demand fluctuates.

Maintenance is streamlined through quick-release housing panels and modular impeller cartridges. Remote temperature and vibration sensors support predictive maintenance.
