KCS series

The KCS series offers a modular range of axial and centrifugal fans engineered for flexibility, durability, and high aerodynamic performance. Each unit is optimized for continuous duty in mining and heavy-industry applications.

Axial KCS models provide large-volume, low-pressure airflow up to 200,000 CFM, while centrifugal variants generate static pressures to 4 kPa for ducted or filter-based systems. Precision-balanced impellers and rugged housings ensure minimal vibration and noise.

Premium IE4 motors with optional variable frequency drives (VFDs) support demand-controlled ventilation, dynamically adjusting speed according to sensor inputs for pressure, airflow, and gas concentration to reduce energy consumption.

Maintenance features include split-casing, quick-release impeller cartridges, and external lubrication ports. Explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant options extend the KCS series’ applicability to the most demanding environments.
