III. Working Principle
KCS wet-string dust fans use unique wet-string or wet-spray dust removal. Dusty air enters the filter, where water curtains and vibrating strings capture and agglomerate dust. Fiber filters vibrate, boosting self-cleaning and dust capture. Dust and water separate in a dewatering device; purified air is expelled, and wastewater is recycled or discharged.
Some models use multi-stage wet-spray dust removal, mixing, colliding, and swirling to efficiently separate and discharge dust and mud particles.
