The shipment consists of the FKCDZ series main axial fans with contra-rotating design, independently manufactured by Shandong Boxwind. These are used for primary ventilation systems in mines and are symmetrically mounted on flatbed trailers to be delivered to the user site.
The FKCDZ series employs a dual-machine contra-rotating configuration, significantly improving total pressure and efficiency under the same air volume conditions. They feature large air volume, high air pressure, energy efficiency, low noise, and stable operation, making them suitable for primary ventilation in coal, metal, and non-metal mines both above and below ground.
Prior to dispatch, the equipment underwent weld flaw detection, dynamic balancing, overall trial runs, and electrical link adjustments. Key reinforcements and protections were made to the impeller, motor, and casing support points to ensure safe and reliable long-distance transportation. On arrival, they can be quickly hoisted and prepared for wiring and commissioning.
