The FB Series Flameproof Axial Auxiliary Supply Fan is a high-efficiency, safe ventilation solution designed for underground coal mines with explosive gases. Featuring advanced aerodynamic blades and flameproof construction, it delivers stable performance, high efficiency, low noise, and long service life. Suitable for medium and long-distance air supply, it meets local ventilation needs in coal mining, metal mining, chemical, tunnel, metallurgy, and construction industries.

III. Structure

Main components include inlet collector, main unit, motor, impeller, and diffuser. Some models have a single impeller, while others feature a dual-impeller (two-stage) design for higher pressure and airflow. The unit is compact and easy to install and maintain.

Applications:
Primarily used for press-in local ventilation in underground intake roadways of coal mines. Also suitable for other scenarios requiring efficient, long-distance air delivery.

Service Conditions:

• Altitude ≤ 1000 m

• Operating temperature: –15°C ~ +40°C

• Relative humidity ≤ 90% (at 25°C)

• Conveyed air should be non-corrosive, with no severe vibration

• Used with positive-pressure air duct, firm foundation, and no water drips
